These Rings are packaged and sterilised so you can fit them yourself, or take it to your local piercer for a sterile installation. They will also come with a sterile wipe for extra cleaning before installation if desired. Unless your jewellery arrives damaged, all of our jewellery is non-refundable once it has been shipped from us, purely due to hygiene reasons. All our orders will be sent out within 1-2 business days.
