These rings are packaged and sterilised so you can fit them yourself, or take it to your local piercer for a sterile installation. They will also come with a sterile wipe for extra cleaning before installation if desired. Unless your jewellery arrives damaged, all of our jewellery is non-refundable once it has been shipped from us, purely due to hygiene reasons. All our orders will be sent out within 1-2 business days. If an order is made and we are out of stock of any items ordered, we will send you an email to let you know the updated shipping times.
